General booking and stay conditions at Cabedelo Beach Green Space.
1. Booking
A booking can be made through Booking, by WhatsApp or through the availability form available on this website. Booking confirmation is subject to availability on the requested dates and to the applicable payment conditions.
2. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in advance with the owner. We appreciate punctuality to ensure the property is properly prepared.
3. Maximum occupancy
The property has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The number of guests stated in the booking must be respected; the presence of additional guests must be communicated and approved in advance.
4. Pets
Pets are allowed, subject to prior notice. We ask that pets are properly cared for throughout the stay.
5. Smoking and parties
Smoking inside the property and parties or events are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding for the wellbeing of all guests and neighbours.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation conditions follow the rules indicated at the time of booking, according to the platform used. For direct bookings, please consult us in advance about the relevant cancellation policy.
7. Responsibilities
The guest is responsible for the care of the property and its contents during the stay, and must report any damage or anomaly immediately. The owner reserves the right to demand payment for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
8. Local Accommodation regime
Cabedelo Beach Green Space operates under the legal regime for tourist developments and local accommodation. The Local Accommodation registration number is shown in the footer of this website.
